1. Frame: We have CHINAMFG frame, Stainless steel frame and iron frame for our products. CHINAMFG frame is most used, light weight, sturdy structure, powder coated and never get rusty, normal specification is as follow:
Circle aluminum: Dia 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm
Square aluminum: Dia 50*50, 40*40, 25*25, 20*20, 30*19, 15*15mm
Thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm
2. Rattan/Wicker: Polyethene (PE) rattan, durable, UV resistant, normally use is flat and round rattan.
Flat rattan thickness: 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm
Flat rattan width: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
Round rattan dia: 3mm, 5mm
3. Fabric: 180g to 250g polyester, mesh fabric, Acrylic, waterproof fabric etc.
4. Wood: We normally use CHINAMFG teak wood and poly wood
5. Table top: 5mm – 8mm tempered glass, safe and stong.

Every department of our (Lefo) factory have QA & QC, and CHINAMFG department must check the QC hang tag, will never pack without that QC hang tag. QC team must check the goods 1 by one(online full inspection management )and hang a tag to the passed goods, mark and return the defective goods .
